I thought it would be good to test how they would look on a few different projects.

Project no. 1

First I tried it in my mixed media book journal book and created simple circles with a stencil. The paint is a little thinner than a regular acrylic, but a little goes a long way. It is great for dry brushing and adding details and emphasis to certain areas. And it does live up to its name, it does sparkle, although the photo here doesn't do it justice.

Project no. 2

Next I tried on canvas and while this is still a work in progress you can see the affect of the Sparks Paint. This project has paddle pop sticks add dimension as well as chipboard pieces.

Project no. 3

Next I made some quick tags. The Sparks Paint looks great on white cardstock! I have made one set with a base of white Gesso and another set without, just to see the difference. What was left on the brush between painting the swatches I dabbed on a tag. Now you can see the shimmer in these two tags.
