Update Shipping costs.

Shipping costs on the website... Scrap of Your Life have been updated. From 4th April 2014, all orders over $60.00 receive free shipping.  (Anywhere in Australia).   Flat rate shipping of $80.00 is applied to all orders under $60.00.

This excludes Albums, Totes, Tools that are weight over 500gm.
