I often get asked, what exactly does it mean?
Well I guess it can mean different things to different people, but to me it means that we should attempt to find out who we are and what's important to us as a individual. The values that we hold drive us forward and the actions and choices we make in life reflect those values and beliefs. This make us who we are and once we know who we are ie truly know ourselves and know what really matters to us - well then we can get on with going out there and doing it on purpose.
